Mrs. Lankford’s class is having fun with geography! Today her students used balloons to make globes. They also learned about natural resources found across the United States by reading the book, How to Make a Cherry Pie and see the U.S.A. and were able to try a cherry pie of their own.

Garden Club had their first meeting. Students planted pansies, brussel sprouts, and celery in the raised bed gardens. They also created self-watering growing systems from recycled plastic bottles.
